I was so surprised that she wasn't #2 because of Niji but it only made it to #5 which blew me away. But CONGRATS TO AYUMI!!! I'm so happy! Hehehe I don't really have a problem with Tetsuya Yukumi as long as he continues to put out awesome works like 'Memorial address' and 'Moments'.

Yay! I think that since INSPIRE is such a polarizing song ("polarizing" = something that causes a division between people who have a strong love towards something and a strong hate toward something), GAME is really what helped this single to sell instead of being a complete flop.

Well we never know what japanese people actually think about the song INSPIRE and GAME, I mean, according to people from this forum Britney is a ***** who can't sing and is overrated, but if we see her world sales her album sells like cake. I wouldn't be surprised if in a poll japanese people actually preferred INSPIRE, or vice-versa, or who knows it could be a draw for both songs.

300,000 sounds pretty good to me already in today's day and age. 500,000 would be a really awesome amount.

This is her 8th consecutive No.1 single (Daybreak broke the streak from SEASONS onwards by being No.2, since it was an album cut). But remember it only counts if it's weekly No.1 which I have no doubts it will be.
