The song is actually the Chinese version of Now Is The Time!
A little bit disappointed to be honest, I expected a new song >_<
But this version is better than the English one. Her voice is not as edited as in the English version, and the song has been rearranged.

They never reveal covers and previews a month before preorders start o_O
We'll get previews at best a few days before the release. The title song (and its MV) will be revealed in October though.
As for the covers, we'll get the preorder versions covers only when preorders will start, and the regular version cover a few days before the release date in November.

They also said that Phone Star was not the title song of the upcoming album
You can find Phone Star quite easily with its Chinese title.

Edit: OK, I found a 320kbps download link and I'm still ambivalent. It's super generic 2012 and I hate the mixing but the hook is pretty catchy...

It's actually giving me Dr Jolin (and even Kylie Minogue o_O) vibes, and since I absolutely love Dr Jolin, I liked this song at first listen.
I'm really relieved though that it's not the title song. I don't know how to explain... It lacks the "OMG" factor?
The first time I listened to it I was still thinking it was the title song, and I was like at the end "hmmm... That's it?" XD I sensed that it was not title song material at all.
