Her performance of Itsuka no Merry Christmas back in '99 might be the closest we'll ever get to something like that...but it's flawless, so I'm not too sad about it

When I read this, I started thinking of Utada Hikaru's Nichiyo no asa which has pretty much of all this in it. But I also agree with you. It would be nice if Ayu sung a Christmas song that had a different theme compared to these usual things she uses.

Speaking of Christmas songs, I can't wait to play Silent Night over and over this December. Ayu's rendition with Gackt always gets me in the Christmas spirit no matter what. Especially when she tells us to sleep in heavenly pee. Bless her.

Have you guys heard of Youtube Red? If youre in the states, it should be already happening. Avex videos havent been blocked yet, but I think they soon will be, because even AKB48 is blocked now.
It works with VPN but other than that, regularly you cant have access to watch those videos on youtube anymore.I'm just waiting for when Ayu's vids will be blocked as well.

Yeah, there's some issues with licensing and paperwork that may not have been signed, so a lot of Japanese stuff is being blocked off for now while they negotiate.

And I wonder if the full versions on her channel before they put them all on private would add a crapton to her total.
