As far as I can see, she's been losing her fanbase. I doubt it'll change.

so sad everytime I see this, why Ayu why... shes legendary, people should appreciate her more , like come on people make mistake but shes still great so

Honestly, she's been losing her fanbase for over ten years now. It dwindles more every year, but what she is great at is maintaining that bond with her core fanbase at least.

Unfortunately, she's just never had any years with an upswing; it's just been a downward trend for a long, long time now.

Only hope of changing that is to do a complete overhaul of her image, get a new team, and then do a huge promotional blitz afterwards. All things that I'm very doubtful will happen, but am still holding out hope.
