Hey, btw, ya'll. I don't know if it's just weird to say this but I'm thinking about two threads that would be fun to open on here. One in the off-topic about her interludes where we can discuss how they contribute to the albums and their themes, like something for some far-reaching theories and whatnot. The other is out of a late response to Ayu's hilariously terrible fan banners she's made. I thought it'd be great if we opened a thread in the fanworks section for like...LAME photoshops, banners, and etc. that we want to create. Anyway, thought these could be fun but I'm not sure if anyone would be interesting.

^ I know ayu's high pitched voice from this era is irritating to some, but people trying super hard to imitate her voice is 100 times more annoying to hear lol Stop trying you can't reach those notes like she used to.

That’s true but when people try to emulate her voice of back then it sound so caricatural ... like I never heard a good impersonation of Ayu !! |

I just came back from a two hour Ayu karaoke session I went to with a friend. We sang only Ayu's songs, it was so much fun. lol

I'd really love some remastered versions of her songs. Certain ones that have more of a rock influence in them could really use it. I've felt this way about her song, Criminal, for quite some time. An updated, fully orchestrated version would be excellent. Such a shame this is one of her album songs that disappeared in time, like GUILTY. They could be great live.
I think it's funny how some of the songs she never performs are the ones I can best imagine with her live voice. I really feel like a remastered, resung version of It Was would really fit her current voice. My favorite thing about It Was are the drums during the second verse. Speaking of drums, and Criminal earlier. I noticed you can hear a really faint drum beat in it as well, in the 2nd verse. But, it sounds kind of like a hear beat, which is really interesting.

So, on gaiaonline, I've been in a total rut over my avatar. I wrote a list of names, (characters of mine, characters from other works, and singers) numbered them, and used a generator and got Ayu as the person I'll be using for inspiration for my avatar.
Haha, I half expected this, actually. I've been obsessed with her first three albums recently, especially the first two. So, I'm going to make an avi with a look based on one or the other.

https://lynnetmedia.com/projects/ayu/  I made it to practice developing a web app in ReactJS, but it got a bit bigger than I planned It only has the last few albums so far. Support for modern browsers only. And I haven't tested it in Internet Explorer yet, but you shouldn't be using that crappy browser anyway
