I always wear my rings on my left ring finger, simply because I think that they look best on a ring finger and wearing them on my right hand is uncomfortable, since I'm right handed and as soon as I wear them on my right hand, I always accidently destroy them by hitting on things with them.

I always wear rings on my middle fingers, but people have different habits. A lot of people wear random rings on their ring finger. It doesn't have to mean anything.
