Warning for all Singapore Ayu fans who are getting Heaven [re: missing booklets]

Usually, you should have checked whether is there anything lost. But I suspect that you might be buying Local Version (i,e printed in Singapore) and therefore something might be missing.

Since it's gotta be cheap in releasing local version, something has to be cut. Hence the mising japan lyrics.

Or there's something wrong with the dealer.

It sounds crazy not having Japanese lyrics printed! It's a MUST for ALL Japanese releases!

You got a free pre-order because of Popular's mistake? Thats ok right? Popular here takes a damn long time to receive Ayu CDs so I buy from an independent music store that imports all CDs and I get Ayu for RM39 (album), RM29(single+dvd), RM23(single). Cheap huh?! I love that shop so much and I've been buying my Ayu CDs there since I started out as a fan!

Yeah. I usually go to Tower Records in KLCC, Mid Valley or One Utama to get Japanese CD. I have to wait at least three weeks after the official release in Japan to get those. I went to One Utama usually to get the cheaper one. There's so many independent music stores in One Utama. Movie Magic is one of my favourite store there because they sell Ayumi's cds cheaper. I bought those cds between RM26-RM30 each. I bought my copy of No way to say there for RM26.

here's the story, last monday (10/03) i went to world of music, a CD store where i buy my ayu stuff, and THEN there i found HEAVEN (CD+DVD) on sale already, i was happy and i straightly bought it,

so i walked out happily out of the store, on to the food court, there -while my friends were having their lunch- i was too excited to eat, so i opened my HEAVEN CD, i took the CD out to my walkman and started listening,

and THEN when i opened the box again, i was looking for the BOOKLET, and i realised it wasn't there, THE BOOKLET IS NOT THERE, the CD's there (in my walkman), the DVD's there just fine, the obi's there too, but the BOOKLET isn't.

and i panicked, i asked the w.o.m ppl but neither of them had a good explanations about it; 'oh maybe it's shipping prblm', or even worse 'what's a BOOKLET?', i was totally disppointed, it's not their fault anyway, it's the packaging ppl's faults that is!

HOW CAN THOSE PPL FORGET TO PUT THE BOOKLET????!!!
AND WHY DO THEY FORGET TO PUT IT IN MY CD???!

and then i got myself trapped in a bad mood all afternoon;
no booklet...
no lyrics...
no photos whatsoever...

all that's there is a paper where the chinese lyrics are written,
I CAN'T READ CHINESE!







i'm so sad...
i just wanna share this with you, because none of my friends understand how a booklet could mean so much!

ya... overseas version of HEAVEN doesnt include the booklet for some reasons... my HEAVEN also has the booket missing... but its not so important to me... but i still understand u feelings...

omg..poor you, just like me when I bought "STEP you/is this LOVE?", they aren't forget the booklet but the booklet's printing were very blurry, I can't even read a letter there, so I send it back to exchange it, and I got a new clear printed booklet.. what a relief..! maybe you can try to exchange it, if that store support an exchange when there is damage from the publisher of course

My OS cd+dvd version HAS a booklet!! the hong kong version has a booklet, an ad for the recent avex releases, the chinese translation of the lyrics and the obi. everything is in place!!

SG fans, you might want to go through other channels to get your copy, because it seems the SG version just doesn't have the regular booklet...

haha! it's a little funny about ur situation....but think of it this way: if u DID have the booklet, u still wouldn't be able to read it....unless u r japanese/ kno how to read japanese?

MINE ALSO LACKS A BOOKLET!!! I JUST BOUGHT IT AN HOUR AGO!!! But I'm not complaining because I get CDs cheap.. It still feels so sad though.. NO REFUNDS FROM AVEX?

Some of us want our own copies of the pictures inside and the credits and everything. Those credits are all in english most of the time. And some of us are learning japanese so we want the lyrics there too. I'd feel REALLY ripped off if i got this with no lyric/credit/photo insert.

You can exchange the single either through the cdshop or through us by coming down to our office. But before you go to the cdshop, you must let us know first so that we can inform the cd shop in advance. I hope I answer your question. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
