The Make-An-Ayu PV Thread

I had an idea for this, but since I'm sure a lot of other people have ideas for PVs, I think there should be a thread for it instead of just one for mine.

Well anyway, this was what came to mind after I listened to 'Liar' (My new favorite MY STORY track) several times:

Liar -- BanFan

-Black and white, with some red?
-Ayumi walking around in either an empty street or
-suburb passing a few people.
-Wearing a wedding dress
-^A little bit of blood on it^
-Hair extensions. (M PV Length)
-Aloof, avoiding everyone's gaze
-With each person, something red/romantic flashes
-Choruses:Something dramatic...?!
-Gets closer to her+fiancee's apartment
-Bridge:Flashbacks show red objects given to another woman
-Gets to the bedroom
-Dead fiancee at the last chorus
-Falls to knees, crying
-Shows an identical Ayupan on her drawer w/ frown+broken heart

Heh. I was really bored on a bus ride to a Cross Country meet when I thought of it. I thought Liar would have made a great c/w or even single.

You are SO right! I LOVED Liar.
It's once of my VERY VERY top favorites on the My Story Album.
Also, you have good thoughts for PVs!
That would be such a touching PV...

BanFan should be a director. That's a really brilliant concept. I can picture it so clearly in my head, too. It almost makes me upset that a PV wasn't made for that. I s'pose when I become fluent in flash animation, I could give it a whirl.

I've had something in my head for Trauma for so long. It would involve theatre masks, something like these. Ayu would be on a stage, with velvet red curtains and a very dramatic atmosphere.

"Today's happy face... today's sad face. Yesterday's weak self, tomorrow's strong self.
If it's you, who are you showing it to? If it's me, who should I show it to?"

Cut to her in the dressing room. She is staring at herself in the mirror and there are hallicinations of her face morphing into the masks. She shakes her head, looking confused.

Cut to a scene with Ayu running down a long corridor. There would be clocks covering every inch on the walls. Time seems to be moving faster than she can keep up with. Everything just behind her is disentegrating. The expression on her face isn't distressed or panicked - it's not quite elated either. It has kind of an anticipated hopefulness, not a fear. She picks up her pace and we suddenly discover that that "corridor" is really the big hand of an old, gothic-fashioned clock as it zooms out. She is hanging off the end of the big hand by just a few fingers as it ticks downwards.

When she falls, the scene slowly transcends into her opening her eyes, still sitting in her dressing room. She smiles at herself, shaking it off as a dream, and steps back onstage.

The last scene cuts to the twin masks, shattered on the floor below her.

I KNOW HUH! I could picture Ban Fan's idea SO well, and it was SO good!
You should go to hollywood and tell them about your ideas when you come up with more...if you're up to it
And Love Appears, that idea is FABULOUS! I had no idea people at AHS had such brilliant Ideas!
I had a little idea for will for a while..i suppose i'll share!


Starts off with Ayumi in a big beautiful Kimono walking down a road of Cherry Blossom trees for a long time...and then starts to sing 'WILL'
(then i get a little confused for a minute >>; )
She stops as it's becoming Sunset...She has memories of a long time ago (kinda like Tsuki ni Shizumu-ish, but she didn't die before O_o )

Becomes Dark...she sings the last part of will
-end singing- slowly walks out to a big area of land-

Bleh...Not very descriptive...Maybe i'll write a better version when i have more time..>>;;

Ayu would be with many people in a festival in the streets. She just sings while purchasing stuff like Takoyaki and sweets and walk around. She would play all kinds of games and she would be wearing a kimono!!! In the end, the fair would end too, and Ayu wipes a tear!!! The END..

hmm... its nice... but the red concept that i got was totally bloody

And mine SUCKS compared to Love Appears' and Banfan's

I'd always love to make an alternate PV to ourselves (Though its my favorite PV as it is)

It would be Ayu in that same gothic outfit chained up in some chemical lab like thing, then when those first three beats start it shows her eyes open. She breaks out and starts destroying everything, the whole pv is mostly her trying to escape. And when the fast part of the chours would start (Sekai...) she would change colors with the beats (her clothing and eyes)

ok here' mine for HOPE or PAIN
Outfit:a torn dirty white tanktop with shredded dirty blue jeans
Hair:long with some falling in her face
Location:in a small deserted village sitting on the blade things of a windmill
Appearance:ghostley
Action:singing*duh* and watching a paper bag flying
Weather: dark and clooudy then starts raining. *downpour*
front: the windmill starts spinning
when rockish music starts:Ayu appears on the blades
when words start: she starts singing and the rain starts
chorus:rain turns to downpour
verse 2:the sky starts to darken
chorus 2:her singing gets stronger and sharper and lightning starts
bridge:she starts crying abd looking to the sky
soft chorus:she closes her eyes and bows her head while singing
the end:she disappears and the windmill gets struck by lightning and it fades and the vid ends

~so what do yu guys think?

at beginning, Ayu walking into room, sits down w/ guy and starts singing, does a fake smile as she sings
(first verse)riding in car, car stops, she gets out, is singing verse (shows white breath cuz itz winter and cold outside so she's wearing awesome big winter coat) closes her eyes at end of verse and sun goes down behind her
(chorus) sings it outside
(verse 2) guy walks up to her and she is singing to him shyly w/ fake smile, at end of verse, she is yelling w/out fake smile

(bridge)walks onto a stage in aweseome gothic lolita style dress, grabs microphone and sings to him, at end of bridge, drops mike

outfit:dull and gray
expression:blank, staring out a window
special FXs:the screentone turns to monochromatic colors (shades of gray,blue, or purple for example*

opneing: bus starts and starts going down the road
vers1: she watches as trees go by waiting for something she is missing in her life

chorus: shes on a stage with no audience in a gorgeous all gray dress singing to the air

vers2:shes in a field staring at the clouds that cover all of the sky. only gray can be seen

chorus: shes in a dark lonely damp prison trying to find a way out

musical bridge: the walls start to crumble as she looks up awaiting her doom to edn the plain life shes lived

chorus with the lalalas:shes on the stage again in the dress singing and then starts crying and it ends.

close yur eyes while listening to the song and see if it fits? do yall like it? i have more ideas but i dont wanna spam...
