Avex Taiwan versions are made in Taiwan, Avex Asia versions are made in Hong Kong, etc.

so.. all the OS versions were made in Hong Kong?
I thought those are all made in Taiwan, since from "My Story" OS version, theres a small sentence on the OBI says "This product is licensed to be distributed and sold in the following countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, ndonesia only." that's why I thought maybe Avex Japan gave another Avex the right to publish their products for places that outside of Japan.
