This PV really made me laugh. The part where she jumps off the motorcycle is so anime-like. I loved the way she was chasing and mocking the Americans (no offense intended). She manages to be cute and sexy at the same time.
I love that part around 2.48, when the people in the car go "Waah!" and it matches the music perfectly. That made me laugh so much.
The mask thing at the end of the PV has been done before, but I love the face she makes, so I think she pulls it off really well.
Oh, and that black dress looks amazing on her! It reminded me a bit of Step You.
I think the song is great, I like the 'polished' studio version better than the live version. It's a great PV. It's a bit like Ladies Night, it's got a lot of eyecandy, and a lot of crazy stuff is happening. That's what makes me love those PVs. I'm going to enjoy watching this PV over and over.

I guess everyone has their own views on what is 'sexy' in this world, hm? I think that Ayu did this PV as a sort of 'attempt' to try what the Western world of pop music does, sort of like what B&D was, but infused with Japanese weirdness. :p

[you know, we should be glad Ayu makes PVs that have stories sometimes... since most music videos in the US are pointless :x]

Ah, now that you guys have said it, I finally remember where that scene where she jumps from the bike and lands so quickly came from.

I love the PV!!! I often don't like music videos which are full of cliched moves and effects, but this one was really funny. I loved it a lot! It never bores me! All of the acting of the actors were really really cheesy (especially the reactions they have when they're shocked. hahaha!). The opening and ending sequences were also funny as well, especially with how Ayu was choking with the make-up. These 2 sequences and the "shock" acting (if I can call it acting:p) of the English actors ensured me that this video was intentionally cheesy :p I like Ayu's serious PVs, but i love it more when she surprises us with videos like this. I love intentionally brainless videos

Born to be... sounded pretty good to me. I'm so anxious to see the PV. I'm watching the Startin' PV now, and to me Ayu looks really pretty. Sexy too! I'm glad she tried something SO different.

Ayu has always done different things, she's done so much and you can't always know what she does next. That's a thing I love about her.

Also when I saw My name's WOMEN I was afraid that it was her new style, more sexy and girl power -thing. But that also was something new and different for Ayu which wasn't permanent, which was a good thing. I wouldn't want that to be her whole new style x)

And about Startin', like I said earlier, I love the PV. But in some parts I think maybe she's trying to be sexy or something, but the look on her face is kind of annoying. ^__^ Like in that part when she rises up with that motorbike and drives next to the car, and looks at the driver. x)

I forgot to say how much I love the parts with the black dress! They're so beautiful and artistic. She's also so beautiful.

I think the video was kind of fun to watch. I don't think it's the best of her vids, but it wasn't boring. I am pretty sick of that scene in her black dress though.... How many vids have that almost same (or is it the same?... V_V) background/stage?

I HATE THIS PV!!! I'm really dissapointed. It's mix of Utada Hikaru "Wait & See", Britney Spears "Toxic", Holyn Pharel "Nude West" and Kill Bill movie. Screenplay of this PV is very chaotic and don't have any deeper meaning - only colorful pictures stick together in whole. Special effects r very cheap and unnatural. I though AYU working with professionals and those effects looks like made by amateur without taste and imagination. For ex. fire doesn't looks like real fire - only as pseudo-fire from old type 2D computer game - scenes with motor bike looks exactly the same. Btw AYU trying to be sexy showing her belly? She looks only like cheap copy of Britney Spears - I didn't suppose she can fall so low... however by some of her latest works it's good visable she's become commercial more and more...

Actually... She was more so before. Now it seems like she's more free to choose her own work-partners, adn to experiment more. And I think everyone should remember that what's considered "commercial" and "sex appealing" in Japan is different from US and Europe. Most "commericial idols" are trying to be cute and innocent rather than sexy. Sexy seems to be the "mature" look of Japan.

I know being commercial doesn't mean the same in Japan as in US or EU however globally being commercial means be similar to artificial idols of international music scene. What AYU doing now it's good way to lost her foreign fans who like her because he wasn't similar to local and popular idols they know. Her japanese fans seems to be confused her changes. If she'll be continue those experiments she'll lost her popularity because those all extremly changes show she don't know who she really is and what she want. After all those years she don't know what she want present by her person? If yes, then it's really sad. I'm trying to don't criticize her and value so much - at least not yet, but if she'll be continue this way will be end of her career. It seems that she feel now too much self-confident and probably though that fans accept all of her "changes". I'm not so sure about it

And if she seems to be more free... then the best way to say it is: she can be free but not so free - she can do anything she want - and go nowhere (sounds little like everywhere nowhere LOL)
