I wouldn't mind another album like Party Queen, without any singles~ but now that we have FTL/MGR I think she might release another single before the album though PRAY might end up being a digital single~

At this point PRAY as a physical single is quite impossible. STILL, other than a digital release, it could be possible that it gets included in something like A BEST 3, which should come any moment now. Or maybe A BALLADS 2. Sorry. Dreaming too much now XD anyway I'll prefer a single rather than an album just because I'd like to see the usual releasing pattern, instead of that kind of mess we've seen lately XD

Why should A BEST 3 come any moment now? I doubt it'll happen any time soon...

^ people were speculating a lot about it being one of the releases for the 5 consecutive releases thing last year. Her first A best came out in 2001, the second one in 2007. It's about time she releases the third one, also because of her anniversary this was a very anticipated release. She has released so many songs since a best two that it's definetely possible, even though few of them were real hits. Though it's all to see, ayu has always been very concerned about releasing best albums, I think she holds them at high value?

I don't think there was ever even a notion of A BEST 3 being released from Ayu's/avex's side. It was all mare fan speculation and wishful thinking. Considering that it would prolly sell around 100k or even less I doubt avex will want to go thru with it and Ayu isn't a fan of best ofs either.

If they were only to put the tracks that were actual hits/had moderate success she'd have enough material for one cd.

But since Avex finally gave up and made her release a single (thank God), maybe they're thinking about a Best of too. It wouldn't sell so good, but nothing Ayu is gonna release will, unless the tide changes. I agree about Ayu probably not wanting it though, she never really was a fan of Bests.
I wouldn't mind a Best, with the right contents, but I'd DIE for A BALLADS 2. I think it's time for it, if they even thought about a sequel.

I don't want a Ballads II. Okay, only if she re-records all the songs from it. But if she'll keep the original form, I don't see the logic in releasing A Ballads II. She surely won't release RAINBOW II so ........

I think they are not going to release A BEST 3 until they smell it can sell a good amount of copies ! At the moment if she releases it now it would be a waste IMO !

It's a pity that Avex didn't release Pray as a physical single. I think it will do better than FTL/MGR??

Do people know when tour schedule was announced last couple of years? In mixi some Japanese fans guess there won't be tour this year...

2011 - 2011/1/22
2012 - 2012/01/23 (decision to hold this tour was announced even on 2011/12/18!!!)
2013 - 2013/02/01
So it's time to announce new tour or the lack of it :-)

As much she releases a PV for Pray, i don't care of the "form" of her upcoming release!

I would love a TV performance of Pray... Such a waste that a song as good as Pray doesn't have decent promotion.
I guess it could have been a small hit if the efforts were made.

^Yeah I don't understand why they don't release "Pray" as her 52nd single. With the movie and with some promotion, it should do better than FTL/MGR.

There are some people at mixi and twitter saying that there might not be a tour this year. I hope either way there can be some formal announcement soon.
