She's taken photos at this exact trailer before too. I think with those shoes they are purposefully extremely huge, it's a weird sneaker trend so it makes other parts of her look smaller.



Personally I think she does the photos at the "steps" for a reason and they didn't really edit it.

Well, we've known for a long time that her photos, not only the Instagram ones, are edited. They like to make her thinner, her face less round and her legs longer.

This one especially. Other pictures for sure are edited heavily and even videos are blurred so her skin texture is not seen, often in old making ofs. I don't think this photo is really doctored but other ones are very clearly doctored.

I would like to know what she uses to edit them pics lol. Tho I don’t really think this one is edited and the kind of shoes she’s wearing are the same kind of shoes i wear and it does make ur feet look gigantic

I feel like her toes have always looked really long and therefore her feet too. Is it the & single that has that shot of just her feet? It's basically just toes.

Can't believe this is a thing my brain chooses to remember. Ayu's feet!!

Abemaさんでの ‘夏ノトラブル’ 配信ライブに始まり、PV撮影二本に、FNS歌謡祭、そしてa-nationと、想像を遥かに超える素晴らしい夏を過ごさせていただきました。こんなにもエンターテインメ ントに触れられる夏が来るなんて。。
感謝しかありません。

色々と振り返っているなかで、同じような言葉をファンの方はもちろん、様々な分野の方々から頂いている事に 気付きました。

それは、

「あゆと松ゴリがタッグを組むようになってから、世界観がより深く伝わるようになった。」

私その皆様の言葉100000000%同意です。本当にそうなんです。
私の悪い癖は何でもムリを押して全て自分で把握して完璧にコントロールしないと気が済まないところで、でも ひとりで何もかもを完璧になんてもちろん無理があって、母になってからはバランスを見つけるのにも必死で特 に難しく思えていたかも知れません。

彼は仕事人ではなく天性の芸術家で、私が幽体離脱でもしなければ為し得ないステージ上の物理的なことと客席 からの見え方の僅かなニュアンスやテンションの違いを埋めていくことを可能にしてくれます。
2人でやるからこそ出来ること、2人でなければ挑戦する勇気が出なかったであろうこと、短い間に本当にたく さんありましたが、「このまま進み続けて間違いない」そんな強い気持ちを常に持ち、Promi sed Landから1ミリもブレることなく、今も二人三脚で進んでいます。


それが、皆様にきちんと伝わった夏でもあったんだなと。
誰かを信じ頼ることはカッコ悪いことでも、こわいことでもないんだ、とひとり微笑んでます☺️ 


長い振り返りにお付き合いくださり、ありがとうございました！

またいつか、皆様にお会い出来る日を生きる糧に、自分に厳しく、人に優しく過ごして行こうっと ！！！

A very quick translation of Ayu's recent IG post from remove-mom at the AHS Discord:

Between Natsu no Trouble on Abema, two PVs, FNS and a-nation, this summer has been more wonderful than I could've imagined. I'm nothing but thankful for having had the chance to entertain you all this much.

Looking back on various things, I've come to realize that there's something that both my fans as well as people in a range of different areas have said.

Those words:

"Since Ayu teamed up with Gori, her worldview has come to be communicated more profoundly."

I agree 100000000% with that. That's truly how I feel.
I have a bad habit of overdoing it and trying to take control of everything myself for the sake of perfectionism, but of course nothing will turn out perfectly if you try to do it all by yourself, and I've found getting that balance right particularly difficult since becoming a mother.

Gori is a natural artist more so than he is just someone who does his job, and he makes it possible to feel even from the spectators' seats all of the different nuances that I put into the performances that I can't achieve without having my own out of body experience.
In such a short time there have been so many things that we've only been able to do because we're working together that I don't think we would've had the courage to attempt if we'd been by ourselves. Ever since Promised Land we've proceeded together without drifting even 1mm apart, and not once in that time have I doubted that I would be able to keep moving forward in this way.

That's something that has been made apparent to me thanks to everybody. That, and that it isn't uncool or scary at all to rely on others!

Thank you for bearing with my long recollections!
Being tough on myself and kind to others, I'll be sustaining myself on the thought of being able to meet with you all again in the future!

Thanks a lot remove-mom and Koumori for sharing. It makes a lot of sense. All the things ayu has come up with since Promised Land feel so refined. I am happy she found somebody who shares her vision of art, help her to channel it and can take some things off her shoulders.

He is a choreographer as far as I know.

I think he is not only the choreographer but also the creative director for her tours.

He's mainly a choreographer but seems to be collaborating with other things too like staging.

He was credited as "LEAD CHOREOGRAPHER" for CDL for example with his own billing over the other just "choreographers".

I don't think he's been involved with a tour mainly yet but overall concept is probably still Ayu? Closest to creative director aside from Ayu I think anyone has gotten to was probably Alvin for "look" concepts in PREMIUM SHOWCASE iirc.

I bet he coordinates the choreography of performances, the stage marks and etcetera, more than just dancer steps. Like a performance designer (since she said he is taking care even of the crowd perspective of what is shown on stage).
