I agree...we don't know for sure that this is even aimed at Ayu. Or what if he just saw it somewhere & thought it was funny? :/ I admit I was a little shocked when I saw it at first, but eh...who knows what was meant by that post.

I'm not necessarily sticking up for Mannie, because honestly, I know nothing about the guy other than he's an actor & was married to Ayu lol. I really don't have an opinion about him one way or another .

We don't know the real reason for their marriage and divorce but I know Ayu never posted anything like this or said anything bad about Mannie. If the 'psycho' is Ayu, then he's an a**

lololol i thought that pic was funny, on the other hand think about it, being ina marriage you don't even want to be in can make you a psycho after all either one of you can go nuts or both so and i have a feeling he was just doing that in GENRAL not specifically having Ayu in mind...

what's the big deal, people?

also it's funny how people from liking start hating someone they don't know haha, i'm stil neutral about him seriously it's not my role (nor I think ANYONE'S on HERE) to judge his actions...

I take that as his trolling xD nothing else...

The meaning of the picture was kind of vague but it does seem like he meant it towards ayu. Even so, who really cares? It just makes him look petty and immature cuz Ayu had nothing but good things to say about him - maybe he is just a gold digger and he's hating because the gold mine didn't want him anymore .

Well, if this is directed to Ayu, than he's an ass. So I wonder if it is or at an ex of his?

edit:
After reading so many comments, I'm changing my opinion. Whether or not this is directed towards Ayu shouldn't be a problem. It's just an e card thing that I'm sure
tons of other people post. It's not like he was posting she was a b**ch or something.

Wow, people are jumping to the conclusion that he is a horrible person and never loved Ayumi from this? Seriously? It definitely wasn't a good idea from his side to post this, but some form of hostility towards Ayumi is just one of several possible explanations. The most likely one being he simply found it funny.

Also, I don't think you would refer to the same person as lost love in one sentence and a psycho the next to be honest, the statement seems more like "it's better to be in a short but loving relationship than being in a bad one for long" since it does talk about love having been there.

This thread needs to be closed. People are overanalyzing something they know absolutely nothing about based on a few clues gathered from social networks.

Yup. It's just a pass-around comedy picture, calm down people. He's allowed to have a sense of humour.

That's not how I interpret the joke, personally. To me its saying, its better that you lost your loved one, because they were psycho anyway. The company that makes these joke e-cards is known for being incredibly mean in their jokes. So, because of that, I'm pretty sure this joke was meant to insult the ex, in this case, Ayu.

That's not to say he never loved her, or anything like that, but I do find this joke to be a tad tasteless.

Honestly, my opinion is, even if it doesnt have to do with his real life (lets put it that way) just.. when you LOVED someone, you WOULD NEVER EVER PUT THAT AS A JOKE. 'cause it can be interpreted in a negative way, and you NEVER EVER want your beloved one to be hurt.

he's a horrible person for thinking thats funny.

Im glad ayu ran away from this pathetic loser.

Amen to this.

I really can't believe some Ayu fan's opinions I've seen (not here), saying that Ayu was a ****** so Mannie has all the right to be pissed at her and that Ayu just used him. I just can't understand how a fan can say things like that.

Uuuhm? Somehow I find this funny. I don't really think it means what people obviously think it means. But if it does...whatever.....he's gone from her life, what do we care?

We can't know what he intended to do with this, so calling him a pathetic loser and horrible person, seriously?

I do agree that posting it was a mistake though.

he's not a kid. there's no place for 'mistake on the internet', especially knowing that you dated a celebrity.

@PoetGirl: Oh please. If this was posted by a different person in the same situation and wasn't about Ayu you wouldn't give two craps.

And any relationship that ends sour can leave people with extreme feelings. It's understandable. Ultimately he just posted a lighthearted joke probably to share with friends, not a bunch of weirdos who friended the guy because they only care about his wife and not him.

I have the feeling that people who defend him, might (note: MIGHT) have been in an unstable relationship in which in the aftermath; disrespecting and offensive insults were considered normal? Either way, this doesn't pass as a harmless joke in my opinion and there's no denying that this is just tasteless and trashy.

You do know that isn't really an argument, right? We are discussing if he is a "horrible person" or not and that is based on intention purely. However, we do not know his intention because nothing he did clearly shows his intention. The card itself is NOT clear, seen by how different people interpret it differently. It was rather stupid to put this online after a divorce, yes, but stupid does not equal evil and it is a joke-card.
Calling someone you don't even know a "horrible person" and "pathetic loser" for something he posted of which the meaning is unknown in circumstances we do not know seems like a rather big overreaction.
He could be a horrible person, yes, that's entirely possible. It could be about Ayumi. But the thing is, we don't know and it might as well be the opposite and he just didn't consider that people may interpret it differently. So just jumping to the conclusion that he MUST be evil?

Way to be nice to fellow forum-mates... I wonder what gave you the thought or rather what gave you so much backup to claim that his post was a 'mistake'.
