How famous is Delta in Asia, all I know about her outside of Australia is that she has become very hated in the UK, calling her a home wrecker.

Yeah, that show is some kind of crazy miracle factory. Except I've never heard of Bassingthwaite and yes you spelt her name right, at least that's what wikipedia says.

Delta isn't releasing in the states it seems. Her singles flopped there pretty badly. Lost Without You got to the Adult Contemporary charts but that's it. Born To Try failed miserably. Her singles aren't really something I'd expect to storm the US charts though. She's more like Tori Amos. If she can build up her fanbase and recognition without relying on radio, she can sell tons.

Flawed is really amazing. The power in her vocals and the emotions she express makes it so good. However, I don't want her to release it as a single outside Japan, it would not fare very well I think. Strange choice for a single too, even in Japan.

I also heard that Delta is not liked in the UK due to the whole Brian McFadden thing. Unfair really. At least the people there should understand she did not steal Brian. Of all people on earth, why whould she choose someone that scruffy anyway. Delta owns his ex-wife any time of the day too.

Delta isn't exactly famous in Malaysia, but most people have at least heard of her name. She does not have any hits here, only nice videos that get played frequently on MTV or Channel V. Only "Not Me, Not I", Out Of The Blue" and "Almost Here" received any airplay on TV. I never ever watched her other videos until I went to Australia.
