ha ok besides the fact that she is "pregnant" or "looking at jewelry in a jewelry shop",from what i got out of this song was,that shes moving on from a pain she has about something she truely cares about.

I don't think she's 'unaware' that they might pass..
I think they might've died already, and the ones we see are actually replacements, as stated before :p

Um. It's possible that it could be because she's pregnant iguessugh, just like it's possible of other things. .__. She confuses me. And I thought small dogs usually lived for like, 15 years or something. Which means they would only have a few years left, anyway.
