That's my guess - it's not an unprecendented move (she did it with "SEASONS" at concert tour 2000 act 1's last show, just a few days before the physical single was released), just unusual. This time, it'll probably be WAY before the song's release - there's no way the band will be able to learn it in time, especially with all the other songs they need to learn. If I were ayu, I'd memorize just a piece & do it acapella, so the band isn't burdened with it.

LOL all of the songs that ayu sings are her own lyrics (except for sotsugyou shashin and teens which are covers and LOVE ~1999~ feat. tsunku).
She meant to the music composition here XD.

The fact that she's memorizing a piece of the song so it can be used at CDDL, could just be that she memorises the song a piece at a time? I mean, instead of trying to learn the whole song at once, you do it bit by bit? so perhaps she may sing the whole song? not sure.

anyway, she is very cute and very nocturnal, her dedication is amazing.

When she said she was memorizing a part of the song, I thought the "part" she meant was the new melody she was adding XD (random: *go CREA! go go go!*)

Aww. It's a shame we probably won't hear the new song so soon, but then again everyone is probably working beyond their capacities to deliver this concert so I'll just be happy with the amazing CDL coming up (I wonder if Countdown Down Live is some sort of internal joke or something? o__o)
