you are right. i'm really loving the new songs, sounds like something she would have done in 2000
even though i loved her timbaland produced stuff. nothing beats the old nelly

and also props to her that she's able to change her music style and still keeping me interested in her sound.

I like new Nelly best since thats how I became to know her. But I listened to a couple of her old music, it's pretty good.

What do you guys think of her new song? It's gonna be the first single of her upcoming album "The Spirit Indestructible"



I like it, but not sure if it's a good choice for a first single.

I like it as well, mainly for the production and because I miss Nelly's unique brand of whiny nasal honking.

I cannot picture this being a hit though. I really don't think it will make much of a dent in the charts. No melody, no memorable hook.

Her lyrics used to be so amazing lol The lyrics of this song are ****.

But the song isn't that bad, it has a M.I.A. vibe, specially at the beginning.

And this song also sounds so 2010 or before then, it doesn't sound fresh to me, I've seen/heard it before (Ke$ha, M.I.A., bjork, etc)

Hope the album is amazing though.
