Thanks for all the suggestions. I've tried a few of the bands I haven't heard of that were suggested, and they're really good.

if you don't mind german rock, you could try OOMPH! and for being a rock band, they have a lot of remixes, and they are all good too hehe.

Saw 'em play last year and they were awesome and they just put out another album last month.


Alexisonfire are just all around really great, but their Watch Out! album is, imo, their best.


Found out about these guys not too long ago. Album's not out yet, but they're really promising.


I think Deftones were already suggested, but anyways... Easily one of my favourite bands ever. Their new album is pretty killer

The Birthday Massacre. Their sound is synth-rock, but it might be what you are after. An awesome video clip doesn't hurt either.
