It will be in Tokyo. 2014.08.31, Sunday. It'll be sad if there isn't live broadcast again. Main paticipating artists are Hamasaki Ayumi/ AAA / m-flo / SUPER JUNIOR DONGHAE&EUNHYUK / TRF. So since m-flo will also perform, there's a chance that Ayu will sing Merry-go-round with Verbal. Ayu can also perform What Is Forever Love with Urata Naoya from AAA.
No word on artists for Taiwan and Singapore yet.

Technically the tour is promotion so she may not bother with TV appearances.

Namie for example never does TV appearances in years, even though it could be nice to see ayu perform on TV, it's not a necessity to perform on TV anymore. Even kuu didn't perform on TV for her last album.

Magazines are not a promise for good promotion as well, as we have no idea how much these magazines do and how much they affect people to be interested... of course it's promo and it's better than nothing, but there are more impactful tactics that can be used for the Japanese market.

^Oh right, surprisingly though it was just that one.

ayu even performed Feel the love on Music Station Super Live when the single was released but yeah, you don't have to use TV as a promo (look at namie).

This doesn't make sense to me as Ayu still performs on Kouhaku each year and Music Station Super Live (last year at least) and also still covers big magazines like ViVi. Kuu doesn't get any of those anymore so I wouldn't be surprised with people forgetting her but Ayu still gets a nice promotional push when it comes to the end of the year events and magazines.

I used to think that way too until I asked japanese people and read online as well.

Not everyone watches Kouhaku and if they do, the opening performance (which is always ayu) almost always has the lowest views.

Ayu also tends to perform a greatest hits medley, or an old song on televised music programs, so to them she's singing an oldie. When she does sing something new most people don't know it's new, they just think it's one of her songs.

So no one is checking for her anymore in japan. She has a strong fan base still who like her hits and her shows but not so much her new stuff.

Most people in japan do think she's not around anymore which is actually a pretty positive reaction in my opinion, others who do know she's still around tend to have a strong, and negative opinion about her and her "scandals". A lot of people think she uses younger boy friends to promote her music which a lot of japanese people find dishonorable and tacky.

They see her as an obachan who has faded. I am glad she doesn't live in japan anymore people to treat her well there, at least she's away from all that negativity.

That's 2 lives. Ayu used to do 2 live appearances in the same evening back in the day.
