Bashing ours favourite singers is really really annoying.
But I don't see the point to bashing those fans :| they don't know anything about Ayu's discography and videography.

I mean, if they were saying 'she's a *****' would be really bad but I don't see any insult there.

The lady gaga thing is getting old. I'm quite shocked that she has fans who actually defend her, since there's no merit for her fame. Her songs are absolutely vapid. Ayu, on the other hand, is worthy of the attention we give her.

even if ayu is 'copying' lady gaga, doesnt every musical artist copy someone else these days?. its not like any of these ideas were ever originally thought up by them. Loads of people would of probably thought "I'll wear something freaky today". If they were the first EVER person to come up with the idea then i could sort of understand but their not.

I love both and no one is copying anyone. They both have different images but use some similar ideas but in different ways. Both are very talented and if there are people who are fans of one but not of the other who cannot see the talent that the other possesses....well...

I don't think that GaGa will just fade away. She is talented in her own right and people can like both if they stop arguing about copying.

^ I think this applies to any fanbase, even ayu's. I've met some crazed ayu fans that honestly thought she was God of the all known universe. Meeting those people actually lead me to detest ayu before even listening to her music, which is basically what these 'ayu bashers' are doing. But that was years ago and you get the point.

I'm actually surprised by the reactions of the "Little Monsters" bashing ayu. I'm a GaGa fan to the core and this sista' is not ashamed. I just feel there is no correlation between the two artists at all. Ayu did not "copy" GaGa and we're all aware of that. Remember folks, don't let those ill-mannered ignoramuses cause you to bash GaGa. She's not responsible for their conduct.

i was reading the comments on youtube on the episode of MS when both went, and notice a comment of someone saying that the japanese media has said that ayu is a wannabe lady gaga XD i had to ask Zeo at jpopmusic forum. how much of what he said was true.

in the end its best to just ignore stupid comments .

It had never crossed my mind that she was mocking Gaga, to be honest. I'm glad she's not; Ayu doesn't seem the type of person to mock other singers. Didn't she say in that TalkAsia interview, that she couldn't compare or say anything about another artist's career because she was never that person?
