You know what? I've seen Nagase in two CMs recently (for DoCoMo and Hitachi) and he's actually hot.

I didn't really care about their relationship, but after seeing those CMs, I think that wasn't smart of Ayumi to let go of Tomoya. She won't really find a Japanese guy hotter than him - unless maybe she starts going out with Nidetoshi Nakata.

Why would she stay with him if she wasn't happy?

Tomoya is not hot, lol. There are TONS of better looking Japanese guys.

I'd pick Takeshi Kaneshiro over him anytime.

Frankly though, Ayu and Tomoya wasn't a really cute couple. I don't really see Ayu with a "pretty boy". I see her with a rocker more. Maybe Ayu should be with someone like Gackt. They look so much cuter together than she ever did with Tomoya. Ayu and Gackt have such a cute chemistry!

Tomoya reminds me of a Chinese guy for some reason. I think it's cause he's not stick thin. D: LOL

I think he'll probably end up losing this relationship too, or at least, "try" to marry and then totally lose it a month or so after.

I can honestly say I've never found him very attractive, but like said before that's all relative.

And honestly, who cares. My initial reaction was "...and so?" People move on. It's been what...six months? It's not like Ayu died and he's a grieving widower.
