This. Weird can be good, but if it's completely unaesthetic and simply ugly it's unaesthetic and ugly, no matter if it's weird or not.

I can see vaguely the concept they were going for, and she does look fierce - neck up But the cheap-looking font ruined it for me.

It's fugly. It looks like her mouth became a vaccuum suction and she can choke on her hair any second. Gaga is really dissapointing me lately. I don't even like BTW...I like her old songs better

and what drives me nuts (A little off topic but now much) WHY in god's name are her bangs so short?! it looks like her stylist took a saw to them! It annoys me so bad.
