I love it but i was slightly disappointed by the dancing, i expected more.

Arguably her best video since 2006. She looks amazingly hot, the dancing is cool, theres no real story but who cares look at how hot she is. I thought I wouldnt like the video but visually it was just awesome. I think more could've been done with the video based on the song but its actually pretty much perfect. Only one question now. Why the hell are the covers like what they are if the video is like this. The song, rock. The video, black leather and hot. The covers, a load of balls. I wish the covers were better. I want a sexy poster of her in leather; not a pink monstrosity with her in a Kill Bill esque costume.

Yeah, this PV had very good camera angles and visual effects... it's really very cool.

And um, thank God the PV wasn't a random video of Ayu singing and showing snippets of the movie... I was so afraid that would be what the PV would turn to be!

Oh thats my only bad point actually, I just remembered. Why does she always exaggerate her mouth when she mimes. Annoys me throughout Mirrorcle World and annoyed me at the beggining of this video too.

I watched the PV without any expectations and after watching it, I can't say that I was really impressed with the result.

The good:
- Ayu looked really nice. Great haircuts.
- The "softer" scenes with the gloves were pretty. Random, yes. But pretty.
- The location was really nice also.

The bad:
- She started the PV the same way as in MW and GREEN. Walking with a REALLY unattractive fierce-looking face. She needs to stop doing that already.
- Her black outfit was kinda trashy-looking. Well, at least she didn't made it look too trashy.
- Again, her dancers were too involved in the PV. I don't care for them or their dance solos.
- I'm probably the only one who doesn't like the dancing. I don't know why Ayu likes to dance to her rock songs. It's not working.

In conclusion, well, I didn't really like it. I'm not a fan of the song either. Don't even get me started on the covers! Well, hopefully "Sparkle" is a good song!

I think it is pretty plain to see what the Ayumi in gown and jewels is..
The Ayumi in black leather of course because she her is really really powerful, would look weird and contradicting to sing those vulnerable lines.
The lyrics makes perfect sense about it, I think..
And I think the gown Ayumi really looks like her old self.. like from so many years ago, so it's really good!!!
Also I think the gown one and the blue bird are the same person..
It seems there was a storyline that the ninja dudes are looking for the gown ayu,
Cause after she sings bridge, they show the ninja guys looking and searching..
But maybe they had to cut it on for time???
Anyways, yeah, so then at the end, we see the blue bird escaping.. so it seems a connection.

And I think the Blue Bird is just a symbol that anything could live the way they want, even small bird that can escape so quickly.
I like when she sang "let's destroy them" she made those energy things... and then destroyed so many of those copy cat ninja people.
And the fighting/dancing!!
They tried to trap the Blue Bird at the beginning, when they re-locked it..
But they couldn't do it!!~
And I think she broke their masks with the wrong end of the stick thing.. ahaha

And I believe this is a LOT of intense dancing for her.
She is not a dancer, so this is great.
And I remember Zin said everyone on himself was bruised.. I can notice why!!!!

I really love this pv.. it's really great.
Much better than Green.
I can keep watching this one over and over!!!
And the camera work is amazing!!! I love the zoom in and out

Shu-ya and Zin looked so different!!!

haha nice pv!!its really something different from ayu!it has the ninja theme in it~but the thing is don't like is the whole pv keeps showing ayu wearing that black outfit...and the elegant outfit scene was like redundant at all!

is dancing really an issue???? we knew from Day 1 she doesnt dance a lot...even though she said she DID for this PV i mean...ITS HER EFFORT..the fact that she has bruises just shows she really did her best...And we shud all just be glad abt it..
i mean SO WHAT?...

and not ALL PVs need stories...i mean some people here simply dont bother anyway...any PV that comes along (with a potential significance) gets slammed as its RANDOM...no one truely knows what the director is thinking and I think we shud all respect that.

and like i said, the meaning in this PV is so freakin' obvious and people complain. When it's too deep, people complain. WHAT?! O.O

well...the PV has the potential to be great...and dancing would have helped a lot.

Right now it's just...average.

I agree with this though. I couldn't really give a **** if a PV had a story or not. As long as it's entertaining and properly shows off the song, as it's a PROMOTIONAL VIDEO lol

and thats where some of her vids, like this one fall flat a bit...Rule is a fun, energetic song...and just have Ayu walking and posing with fierce facial expressions is .

Those beauty shots of her with the jewelry and gloves were really out of place and random. Other than that I enjoyed the PV

I actually LOVED the PV though! She's so sexy! And I was astonished when she showed up in the elegant outfit, because I hadn't expected another outfit and she looks beautiful! A very welcome diversion.
I love the dancing, love the special effects, love the song, love this PV! I'm so happy I pre-ordered the CD+DVD now

The only thing I found very annoying is the same thing they did in the GREEN PV, it's just not right lemme explain.

GREEN: Ayu suddenly changes into a red dress, very spectacular and she looks beautiful. And then in the next shot, she's back in the write feather thing (which I dislike, but regardless), that's just not correct.
Rule:Ayu creates a spectacular explosion and her dancers vanished. Next shot: nothing happened and her dancers are back. Such a shame! I really wanted to see Ayu solo the rest of the dance. not correct, again.

Other than that, loved it!

Ok, here goes my opinion. Out of then I give this a 6, and for me is a really medium quality PV from Ayu. Not at the level of Days nor Mirrorcle World (Yes, I really really loved Mirrorcle World, it´s her best-looking video ever imo and it had a great story, just hard to understand.) This was just like GREEN: Great premise, great concept buuuut... poorly executed and Ayu could have done much better. Please girl, stop using these directors now.
The symbolism is very good, the bird and the light and the lock and all that but really, there´s something on it that looks very cheap to me and quickly done.

And the last thing... Ayu disappointed me with something that I would never think she could disappoint me (I think she is the most fashionable singer in Japan, she always wears what suits her and she pulls off a huge variety of looks, and has a 10/10 on the eycandy department really): the looks.
That dress!! She doesn´t has the body to pull it off. She is thin and has a great body, sure, but that kind of dress are made for girls with curves (something that Ayu lacks of). In her, it makes her waist look very wide and her breasts very small, and in some angles she looks like a cross between a pear and a brick.
And what´s up with her hair? I like the shade and the haircut, but that dead look on it, always in front of her eye looks weird and emo. And it doesn´t fits much with the song. I think the Mirrorcle World hair of the MW covers (ior even the Rule cover´s hair) would look much much more bettter, and she would have looked much much more fierce.
The jewel Ayu, well, I dislike the lightning. It makes her look too pale. Other than that, the dress is nice but I was expecting something more original, but well, is the best look out of the PV, imo.

I don´t like to complain, but really, this disappointed me. It´s a pity because the song is amazing but since the Secret era her PVs have been going downwards, with a few exceptions. I wish she made a Sparkle PV and made a great PV out of it.

That wasn't aggressive dancing on her part. To stop and stand there and then wait for an easier move to pick up is a cop out.

Her PVs have taken to being Hot Messes so I'm not disappointed.

well, bout the pv:
I really enjoyed it, Ayu looks amazing(love her hair), I like the dance, I like the place, and the little story with that bird and ayu breaking free is enough for me, rule is more the fun-kind of song for me, but this ninja-theme doesnt fit the BAD bodies of her dancers at all, she should have used other dancers for this pv
