The way I see it is, stopping the streak from continuing by not releasing singles is the same as the streak being ended by a single failing to get #1.

Either way it doesn't continue.

Maybe avex thinks that this way she saves face? I don't know. I think that Ayu could easily get #1 if she released on the right day. And now that its been forever and a lifetime since her last one I think people will be more excited for it.

again you prove how you misunderstand everything I say.
the expensive hotels are common everywhere for people making so much money.
I'm sure so are the ridiculously priced collections.
The point is, is the most common thing with rich people is the need for more money, they cannot get enough, it drives them to do even the stupidist things as long as they can have more of it.
I was pointing out the enormous amount of reasons to ignore yet another stupid press release by Avex who expect Ayu's fans to be so gullable they will believe absolutely anything if they add it's said by Ayu herself. A company and a singer both that rich are not about to skip the opportunity for more money, they both want all they can get.

If you want some statements by Ayu to believe in, then pay attention to those she made when stressed the most. In 2010 she seemed to desperately want to quit drinking. But when she's working and hanging out with the ones she works with her lyrics point to it being drinking to forget. Just before TA diary became A STAFF BLOG, she said the stress was bothering her so much she felt like running away. Somewhere in between those 2, she said she was starting to notice that she was getting to be too full of pride and it was getting in the way of making better decisions.

Back on the subject of the editorial and the new 5 releases. The rich always want to be richer. If they say it's for the fans, they're expecting exactly what so many fans on AHS are doing, you buy what they say and admire them for that & go & purchase more product, probably even more than you would have if they would not have sounded like they are being so generous to the fans. And the rich become richer and work on their next sales gimmick to do it again next time.

And I've seen alot of celebrities go completely broke & my ex step dad was a millionaire who lost it all. And it doesn't become a fallicious conclusion based on you & others disagreeing with every post I make. That's just your opinion, like my posts are my opinion.

No, actually.

If you read my posts carefully, you'll notice that I don't actually speak in absolutes or state things as fact, unless they are fact.

The difference between my opinions and yours, is that I can back mine up with specific evidence, and I do. I don't say things like, "Ayu is irresponsible with money," because that's not a statement I, or anyone besides a very select few, can even know or prove.


And for the record. I don't just disagree with you, I disagree with people who make wrong statements.

If you want to be taken seriously, if you want to be heard: Stop stating your opinions as truth when they are SO EASILY debatable. Learn that maybe your views are a little narrow and that they're influencing how you think. Understand that sometimes, our beliefs are wrong.

Well sorry I don't abbreviate the IMO for you constantly.
And I did not say Ayu is irresponsible with money as a statement of fact, I listed some of the things she spends money on and said that those purchases do not show much responsibility with money, because those purchases do not show it regardless of the purchaser. I also said there is no way for us to know how much she has invested, she could turn out to be the world's wisest investor & got in on Amazon.com, Microsoft & Gold all at the perfect time, but we have know way of knowing that.

But you keep pulling half a sentence out of my post(I'm far from being the only one this happens to) and bashing my entire post based on partial lines misunderstood & completely out of context. And like everyother post of mine you have done this with, you completely miss every valid point in it.

My original point was, that with this thread becoming about where her money comes from and that her and Avex don't need the money from the upcoming releases & yes they don't need it, but they know they will get it.
As far as what brings in most of her income, for all we know she invested in the little upstart company of Amazon and is a multi billionaire due to wise investments at the start of music career or even investing from her acting career before that.

So. To go back. You stated that having a large shoe collection, etc. showed that she mishandles her money. Even in your opinion. I presented you with an alternate scenario of why having that opinion isn't the best option, and has easily debatable evidence.

I didn't care about anything you said about her percent stocks in Avex, because it doesn't have any relevance to me. It doesn't even have relevance to me talking about how much money she has, because we can never know ANY of it for sure.

Not really... I mean it was a limited press. something like 200/300K...there would of been NO WAY for it to get a number 1. They just released it to get cash.

As far the shoe collection, I'm not saying buying shoes makes her irresponsible. I'm saying buying 100s of designer shoes for $1000s a pair, doing the same with a lingerie collection & the constant over priced hotels not just in part but combining those details is not a good sign of being responsible with money. Not in stating fact as how she is, but in appearance. In my personal opinion, her decision to get into acting and music probably made her so rich, so fast that she has no idea what to do with all the money except spend, spend, spend and hope it makes a dent. Plus the fact she had already donated to victims after 3/11 and donated again with her name attached when accused of being selfish shows she's also a very generous and giving person & regardless of all of the recorded amounts with names attached, she probably out donated most of the list put together on her own anonymously. While I was visiting my brother in NY, I took a train to Manhattan and gave her a thankyou card that was amazingly well written as if they had 3/11 on their mind when writing it.

I posted about the purchases we do know about and have seen many pictures of & said the same thing you & emi are saying, THE REST NONE OF US KNOW ABOUT, DUH !!!

She could be making these 5 new releases because she just went bankrupt for all we know. And like I said previously, she could also turn out to be the world's wisest investor, but we'll never know.

At least I had something to add to the current discussion on the thread, not just posting to tell someone theyre wrong, even though your statement about us not knowing agrees with me.

AGREED, without responsibilities collections of clothes are common, just not usually in that price range.

I'VE never seen mention of her having a manager outside the legion of them hired by Avex that follow her everywhere & she's done alot of things that many people would call foolish.

I assume she has managers that help track her spending. idk who they are, or what system they have. I don't know what things I'd personally call foolish. Maybe getting married, but that's not monetary based.

But it doesn't make it unwise either. Usually, wealthier people have more disposable income. They can spend loads more without it hurting them. How can we define what is wise?

Yes I know 1 very well who runs 3-5 companies now & consults for others. My ex step dad was a multi millionaire and lost it all. One of my cousins is Mike Nesmith of THE MONKEES. That doesn't change that no one here knows if Ayu has an allowance, as the only thing I recall her mentioning she carries to shop with is a no limit credit card.

COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU that we can't know. Other than the no limit credit card she's mentioned, we no nothing of any allowance or interest & no one here can say with 100% certainty that she even has a bank account, because she might have a safe at home.

^^ well, actually we kinda know she has a bank account because to do business in japan, ie companies paying employees you have to have bank transfers.

besides that, avex most likely has given her an expense account...

and frankly, what is she suppose to do with the money? Spend it...

Im pretty sure she has a finance accountant or something along those lines... she is a smart business woman... she knows what she is doing.
