Sorry for double-posting, but first of all, because she has this acoustic tour finale in the Budokan, she can't be in this year's Music Station Super Live. It's impossible for her to attend both at the same time.

She will still appear in the Kouhaku, and no surprise "Nijiiro" is going to be the song she will perform, since it was used in an NHK drama.

In other words: AYAKA IS FOUR MONTHS PREGNANT!!! This is NOT a joke - she's going to have a baby next year!!!

Seriously, I first thought she wouldn't have a baby all because of the Graves' disease. And now this news of Ayaka getting pregnant!? Did she overcome the odds? In any case, congratulations to Ayaka and his her husband Hiro Mizushima!

I'm really shocked at the news Ayaka's four months pregnant. I was talking some rant about Arima Kinen horse race prizemoney, and then all of a sudden this Ayaka news...

And on a personal front , congrats to ayaka & Mizushima Hiro for becoming impending 1st time parents ! I can't imagine Mizushima being a dad but if Shun Oguri can man up to become a great dad , I don't see why it can't apply for Mizushima too x)

Ayaka and Mizushima Hiro are expecting their 1st child

It's been reported that actor Mizushima Hiro (30) and singer-songwriter Ayaka (27) are expecting their first child.

Through their agency, the couple announced, "We have been blessed with a new life." They revealed that Ayaka is currently 4 months pregnant and that she will continue her activities until next spring.

When the couple got married in 2009, they announced that Ayaka was ill with Grave's Disease. "Even after I made my comeback, I worked while putting my health first. During my doctor check-up at the end of last year, results showed that I was in stable condition," she explained, "That became a big opportunity for us to talk more about having a baby, and now, we have reached this very blissful moment."

Finally, they expressed, "Right now, we can only pray that this small life before us will grow healthily. We would be happy if you would please continue to watch over us warmly."

Yeah, I just pre-ordered the Blu-ray. Had no thought what I want to buy out of CDJapan with the reserve points (with some expiring next month) until this came up... I had a thought of getting Rina Katahira's album, but my mind changed to not buying that album, and then this...first concert DVD/Blu-ray I've ever bought.

I'm disappointed though how the fanclub version (with more bonus footage) is only available on DVD, not Blu-ray. I've been leaning more towards Blu-ray, so why would the fanclub version only be available on DVD without a Blu-ray option?

Ayaka & Sheena Ringo chat about motherhood during 'Kohaku' rehearsal

On December 30, participants of 'The 65th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen' gathered at NHK Hall in Shibuya for a rehearsal.

Singer-songwriter Ayaka, who recently announced her pregnancy, attended the introduction ceremony wearing a grey long knitted jacket and a mask.

During the ceremony, Ayaka chatted with Sheena Ringo, who is a mother of two children, regarding motherhood. When congratulated by reporters, she bowed and gave a smile behind her mask.
