Still waiting for my ayupans, they took 2 days to travel from japan to Germany, and now they are in Germany since 2 weeks.... why the hell I pay for EXPRESS! Mail ?<.<

I've had a similar experience with the Swedish customs last fall. Two days after I saw my EMS package had arrived in Sweden, Tullverket (the Customs Administration) sent a letter asked me to send in shipping and ordering information that confirmed the value of the package. I sent in the information right away, I waited for over two weeks, and then my patience ran out so I sent them a message asking them if there was something wrong (and with as much politeness as I could, I implied to them the wrongness of waiting 3 weeks for an express package to arrive). The day after that, the package suddenly started to move and of course I still had to pay customs duty. They didn't bother replying to my email, or even include any kind of explanation for the delay in my package, I don't even know if they read my message (it could be a really weird and unlikely coincidence that the package started to move the day after my message) but well, I got my package in the end.
Anyway, customs services aren't the most effective of services, sometimes packages get lost and/or forgotten for a while, so I think it's best you send them a message (if you haven't already). While being both very polite, articulate and insistent about my questions didn't give me much of a reply, it's better than doing nothing.

Probably. The lashes were incredibly perfect on the A BEST 2 covers.

From experience, I believe it doesn't has to be SAL to go faster. And it depends what you buy. I bought some books through amazon_jp and they took them longer because they have to send the customs Rechnung. At customs they always take their time, stimmt?

it hasn´t to do anything with the custom tax, it´s just because DHL is too stupid to deliver it to my house.
