I've decided I won't get the Album until I've heard all of the tracks on Youtube or somewhere and then see if there is any Album song that's strong enough where I MUST have the Album.

At this point, I've kind of wore "Spice" out and like other songs I've liked, it didn't have a long shelf life, so yeah. I'm disappointed how I've come to receive this Album. Especially after how excited I was to get the last 2.

The Opening sucks lol....

But...Laser Beam (album mix) is stunning (albeit a bit choppy for my taste)

GLITTER (album mix) is uncessarily drawn out. I didn't like the song that much in the first place.

MY COLOR is probably my favorite album track so far.

Toki no Hari - blah....cute song but I could do without. Seems like an afterthought.

Kokoro no Sports - boring, forgettable, ect. Maybe it'll grow on me.

Have a Stroll - nice song but again, I'm sort of tired of having everything sound like Kasuka na Kaori in this album....

Overall, this album is a must have.....if you don't already own all the singles from this era x_x I did like most of the singles, but the album just overkills the "cute" thing. I don't understand why they just had to release Spice and GLITTER....oh well. For me, GAME >⊿ > JPN. Now to wait patiently for their Best album.....probably due in 2014 or something........

This is unfortunate. I hate CUTESY Perfume. Haven't been a big fan of their Singles this time around either for the most part.

Gonna go see if there are some previews anywhere. Doesn't look like I'll be getting this Album though if these descriptions hold up.

^No. They're other Albums just had more of a variety. Well "GAME" and "⊿" did anyway.

"Perfume ~Complete Best~", their first Album, is nothing but CUTE, which is why I really don't like it all that much. It's also mostly their older stuff before Yasutaka Nakata.

On another note, just heard a bit of "Kokoro no Sports" and that was enough for me to stop and just wait until they're up on Youtube or something because what I just heard doesn't make me all that motivated to go seek out anything else right now. It was horribly bland.

Ok, now that I've listened to the album a few times while working out. I can say, I hate it. What a letdown. I guess the singles are good though (well, up until Nee anyway).

I wasn't into the album... :/ I guess since it's mostly singles pile into one and took forever to release. The mixes felt messy. I did like MY COLOR. Whelp, GAME beats another album out of my favorite albums.

I feel they didn't try hard with this album.. Oh well.

i love the album mix of laser beam! the new tracks aren't outstanding but overall it's a pretty great album. the only track i feel like skipping is Nee.

i like JPN as a whole album, but i just wish there were some more fresh material since it was singles loaded.

the album-mix of "Laser Beam" is perfection! and i like the album mix of "GLITTER" better than the single mix too. and was there something different in "Fushizen na Girl"? it wasn't anything major, i think, or was it my imagination? lol.

Wow. How did I let that slip? Well the Album is mostly compiled of songs recorded before Yasutaka Nakata gave them their current sound.

ll moments ll - almost the same, but i think they remastered it, and the part after first chorus and before second verse is different...it's longer...and the second verse and chorus got a little remake as well...i hate the broken beat...i prefer single version

My copy arrived this morning! I was so happy to see that it was a slipcase after all. The booklet is really cute, albeit a bit uninspired.

As for the music: no, it isn't as good as the past two albums (obviously better than Complete Best though), but it's still a solid album and has better singles than any other album era imo. Definitely a bit let down by the new album tracks, but the album mixes of Laser Beam and GLITTER are great, and flow into each other amazingly. When the first vocals of GLITTER came in, I was surprised LB had already ended. I still haven't listened to most of it in full, so I'll post again after I do. Still need to watch the DVD too, which I'm really excited about
