Tracks used on A COMPLETE

So, we know that M on A COMPLETE is different, but what other tracks changed? For example:

AUDIENCE is the Dave Ford Mix
Endless sorrow is the Original Mix
Daybreak is the gone with the wind ver.

What else am I missing?

No other tracks are different except M. They just use the single versions for songs like AUDIENCE, Endless sorrow, and appears.

It sounds like WHATEVER is version M, but I'm not sure...

Daybreak is the Album Version. ( they should have included the single version! )
I think Fly high and Kanariya is the Album Version as well instead of single mix.

P/S: It is "Endless sorrow ~gone with the wind ver.~" which included in I am... instead of the single version.

I think the WHATEVER included was indeed the version M. And yeah, the Daybreak included was the original album mix You're thinking of Endless sorrow ~gone with the wind ver.~

AUDIENCE on A COMPLETE is the "Dave Ford Remix". At least to me it sounds like that.

The ending of monochrome on the "A" single has a man saying something then a door slamming or something, while the album version the song just cuts off

TO BE, I honestly don't know.

As for appears, that was like, a CM mix of it or something??

It's minor differences in appears and TO BE. TO BE on A BEST and BALLADS has more bass. there's something similar with appears.

"Remastered" basically translates to "Nothing new, just pretty words to make money" :p I always think about these producers, wondering if they really hear THAT much difference. I mean, I can hear the differences between the TO BE versions, but never with AUDIENCE or appears. With the proliferation of so many mp3s all over the place on the internet, sometimes I wonder which ones I actually have XD

Here's a post Deli did at AMX on the differences between the single and album versions of TO BE. She had soundclips up, but they don't work now.

Alot of people can't hear the difference between the album & single versions of "TO BE", and yeah, it's hard to hear the differences unless you closely inspect the song one part at a time. (Unless you listen to drums & drum loops alot, in that case the differences are REALLY easy to spot - alot of them are in the drums)

INTRO:
This difference was always the most readily apparent to me. The main "plucking" synth instrument in the intro kinda fades out one pluck at a time in the album version, while in the single version, it's more steady when it repeats.

DRUMS:
As I mentioned before, the drum loop is COMPLETELY different in the album mix. The original version is a bit more conventional & unassuming, while the Album's drums sound a bit more raw, almost tribal, & they're mixed louder.

BACKGROUND STRINGS:
The synth strings in the background are mixed louder in the original mix vs. the album mix.

BRIDGE:
The lead-in for the bridge has that "magical" sounding instrument... It's toned down a bit and doesn't sound quite as "sparkly" in the Album version.

CHORUS LEAD-IN:
The drums here are different again, and the guitar is mixed a bit louder in the Album version.

There are obviously more instances of these subtle differences as the song goes on. And the Album Version is slowed down EVER so slightly (playing both songs at the same time, they do start to lose sync), but it's too hard to try to include a sound clip of that.

So there ya go, now you know the differences. It's mostly just the volume of respective instruments being changed & a change in the drums used.

The difference between the album and single versions of 'appears' is that the single version has almost like, sleigh bells in the intro, and the LOVEppears version doesn't ^_^
