Augmented Reality in PQ OS press?

Is the augmented reality feature available in PQ overseas press? Because I bought Party Queen CD only and it comes with the obi with the AR logo but there's nothing like a stage inside and it says that this is an identical copy like the one released in Japan so it's not identical?

The copy I bought in HK has it but mine is the DVD

And whether it's a new item or 2nd hand, 1st press or not.

Maybe it is only available on CD+DVD version =)
I bought CD+DVD one and it has it
I was kinda shocked too, I thought only JP version has it~
