I'm going to see Franz Ferdinand in concert!

I thought I had missed seeing them in the US for the time being...

But as I was driving home from college this weekend, blasting Franz, and I turned off the CD turned on the local alternative rock station when I got into town and they were playing "This Fire". Right after they said something about them being in town, and I was like "WTF??" and I started freaking out.. haha.

So after investigation I found out that they're coming to Detroit to play at "The Night 89x Stole Christmas" with Good Charlotte and Jimmy Eat World on December 1st. I bought my tickets today and I am so excited!! ::squeee::

I'm in the 14th row of A10 on the side towards the center!! YAY!! Good seats





Lots of people I know have meet them after shows and were giving me tips, so hopefully I'll have some pictures to post of me and the guys

I keep hearing about this on 89X. I want to go for the heck of it, Im not too into any of the bands, but I can proudly say I hate GC. Although FF do seem interesting, and I like Jimmy Eat World's 2nd last radio song.. (O.o)

Im not really into either of the groups, but they do have some good songs. I think they'd be cool to see.

I was at the underOATH and Coheed & Cambria concert last week. We didnt get a seating arrangement, but it was pretty good since we were standing right up front with the crowd.
