[Help] 2 Eng songs in K-drama

I am a fan of the Korean drama I Jugil Nom-ûi Sarang / A Love to Kill, which has an awesome soundtrack. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find two songs that appear in the show. They are both English songs, and I made a short clip of the episode they both appear in. If you have a spare moment, could you check out the file and see if the tunes ring any bells?
