uploading music

I know were not allowed to upload American music.

But I was wondering if I can upload some Enya stuff? Like does she or all her albums count as american releases??

The rules don't allow music that is commercially available in the US to be uploaded. The advice we've given in the past has been to check Amazon.com; if it lists the album/single as [IMPORT] there we've allowed it to be shared. I suggest you see what Amazon says about the Enya albums you want to share. My own guess is that her later albums probably have American releases, but her earlier or more obscure stuff might not.

^ What if was released in UD online only? As in, on iTunes or something. Or could I upload iTunes exclusive tracks of albums that were phyiscally released in US? Would that still count? Just curious.
