Punk music?
Well hehe I'm my friend's "music dealer" as I have given her 700 songs. So..just wondering is there a forum/blog/site with punk music for download?

I dont know of any, sorry. I usually use limewire. Have you heard X-ray Specs before? They're so funny. They aren't really that modern but if you're looking for punk-pop or more recent punk you might have luck just searching "punk blogs" or something.
