Yes, it's true. I didn't really like this song in the beginning, and I guess that makes me a horrible person. The thought behind it was nice, but the song was boring and I eventually lost interest. Now I've really come to enjoy the song, and will actually listen to it when it comes up on shuffle.

^ Ha ha. I always liked Beautiful Fighters. I used to love it in fact. Now I don't listen to it much, but after that CDL came out, I "re-discovered" it back then. Lol.

Well I have to say that ever since I became an Ayu fan (and that's about 6 years ago) it took me a while to have all her songs listened as I spent more time on the internet.

I used to skip some songs then, and now,then every once in a while I used to listen to all my underrated songs and ended up saving about three or four. Now, six years later, I still skip the very sames songs which include:

It's not that I don't like them (except for BF) it's just that I simply don't feel these songs. There are songs that I loved instantly and songs that grew on me, some faster than others. I guess it's just matter of personal tastes.

Sometimes I skip songs if I'm not in the mood to listen to them.

Nowadays I've come to love M and appears more since I watched the AT07.
My love for ASFXX grew bigger since I first had my A BALLADS copy.
SCAR and Key grew very slowly on me.

Maybe this is a change of taste. I had the same experience like this before; I like Guilty and My story, but I don't listen much to (miss)understood, and I'll probably try to skip the whole album sometimes.

Unexpectedly.. Just a few months ago.. I started to develop a liking for the album.. Unfortunately.. Guilty and My story was like getting numb in my mind..

This is probably not only a change in taste of songs, but maybe things you don't listen to, as it comes along one day, you will love it

Gotta be Memorial address. The AT03-04 performance video I watched on Crunchyroll was the first from Ayu that I watched, and led me to other videos of hers. It's only until recently that I realise Memorial address was the song "responsible" for my Ayu fandom. Another would be July 1st. Ever since listening to the a-nation 08 performance, I grew to love that song again <3

The last few tours and CDL shows have done wonders for evolution, SURREAL, Boys & Girls, M, ourselves and most of (miss)understood - especially Bold & Delicious, Pride, Ladies Night, STEP you and rainy day.

But not even the super-cute CDL 06-07 performance of Beautiful Fighters could make me like it. Worst. Ayu. Song. Ever.

^ I've never liked it. I still think Secret was wasted single-wise, even though I've finally decided, after two years, that BLUE BIRD is pleasant enough, where i used to hate that too. But Beautiful Fighters is the most shockingly bad Ayu song to emerge since ANGEL'S SONG.

PS: Your sig made me lol. glitter and alterna are two of my all-time favourites. Does that make me some kind of super-crazy? ^_^

Because of A COMPLETE, I've rediscovered Trust. I always thought the verses dragged awkwardly compared to the chorus, because of the boring, straight beat. But now I can't get enough of the song. I love the melody and the lyrics, and wish she would do a rearrangement.

I've also rediscovered AUDIENCE. I used to like the song a lot, but then stopped listening to it for ages. The remastered mix for A COMPLETE, though, just pulled me right back in, though.

I'm actually starting to like all of her songs now. I used to only like a select few, but now that has completely expanded.

I completely love Duty right now. I always thought it was an okay song, so I never really listened to it. Then one day I was listening to Ayu albums on iTunes, and Duty came up. Starting over started to play and I just listened to it. Then when Duty came on I was amazed. I think that song is absolutely perfect right now.
