The first thing i see is that the pictures are normally not on the plastic sleeve but on the dvd cover, so you see it through the transparent sleeve, and it's not that clear because the sleeve is a little bit pink.

And i already saw that item on HK ebay really cheap. But don't feel bad, i have a couple bootlegs from my early jpop culture, it doesn't matter since you make the difference now, but it's strange about HMV, you're not the first one who have had bootlegs there...
