The (in)famous Ladies Night lines

It's absolutely not Ayu. The voice is clearly from a completely different set of vocal chords. I'm certain it is the "Jusme" person who is credited as the Vocoder voice, if for no other reason than the fact that there is only 1 vocoded voice in the track.

Coincidentally, Jusme is a name that has popped up elsewhere in J-Pop, writing the lyrics for "ALARM" for Amuro Namie, among several others (usually appearing alongside composer MONK).

I'm sorry, but there is NO WAY that it's Ayu talking in her version of Ladies Night. Ayu doesn't sound like that when she speaks English. It does sound like it could be Jade. Perhaps when they mixed the song they just mangled her English to make it sound more interesting. OR it's just another Japanese person speaking. Because that is not Ayu...

It probably isn't ayu saying it, but to say THERE'S NO WAY IT'S AYU is dumb. Computer technology can tweak things out of recognition.

I think Ayu is definitely say the lines. It sounds like Ayu with a voice modifier. The English doesn't sound perfect either, so who else would it be?

I always thought it was Ayu through a distorter too. :/

Deli can do all the experiments she wants; the fact is Ayu does not sing that part during her live concert performance. And it's not like she was doing something else to distract her from being able to sing it....she was just clapping her hands to the beat and so on.

Yeah, but there's a LOT of backing vocals that she doesn't sing like that...

^ But it's really not a backing vocal at all when it first comes into the song....there's no other singing going on. It just doesn't make sense why she wouldn't sing it live. :
