^^I see the difference!!! The CD + DVD cover has some white stuff on top of the pic of Miho!! Anyways, the covers are alright. Simple. Just like Miho!!

Maybe rainbow isn't supposed to be shown on the cover itself... i mean, the cover lacks rainbow colors, and Miho wants us to think of Rainbow not as a "rainbow" that we see but the "rainbow" we feel even if we couldn't hardly see anything... LOL... that's my own interpretation though..
