Temporary units Shuuji to Akira & The SHIGOTONIN's material are great & worth trying out , Sandra

& also NEWS's Yamapi's debut solo single Daite Senorita's nice too & KinKi Kids's Tsuyoshi's latest solo single offering Sora ~ Utsukushi ware no Sora is worth checking out too .

SMAP & TOKIO are the only 2 Johnny's groups that I don't listen to though

Eirynne we need a 3rd thread in due time & I frankly think that Tackey's new single's so much better in every single aspect as compared to Ai Kakumei

I will help you out with SMAP!

For SMAP definitely download their best album "Smap vest" so many classic hits Their latest album super.modern.artistic.performance. is my favorite studio album by them. For other albums I would say check out SMAP 017 ~SAMPLE BANG!~. I still need to hear SMAP 018 ~Pop Up! SMAP~ but from what I've seen it is very good also, there is a copy on ebay i've had my eye on

Uhh do you know V6's sub groups 20th Century and Coming Century? Their stuff isn't to bad either

The only Senpai's groups are ironically the ones that I haven't listened to like SMAP , TOKIO & the V6's sub units

SMAP - in order to dig in their music, i think you have to accept the fact that they're not the greatest of singers, LOL. you need to watch them in other forms of media (like, SMAPxSMAP, SMAP BISTRO tv shows, dramas, etc.) then you see their amazingness~

but as for songs, i personally love "Yozora no Mukou" (same guy, the lovely Mr. Suga Shikao, wrote "Real Face"). their last album, "super.modern.artistic.performance" was quite good too. i love the Nakata Yasutaka track! "Kokoro Puzzle Rhythm" i think. IDK, i don't have my iPod on me. LOL.

but i think you got the core of JE, Utadayumi. if you need more recommendations from the list you got then i'd be glad to give you some. especially KinKi Kids.

i'll make the new thread RIGHT WHEN I GET HOME.
