Well as for the year 2009 in general they'll have the highest first week sales but as far as the Oricon year is concerned Mr. Children has the highest first week with 707,763 copies.

Ā, Domo. Ohisashiburi Desu.'s 1st week sales was 377,070
most probably Shio , Koshou -SALT & PEPPER- will not beat it but it's ok , it's still doing really well
