looking at the first post..from 10th Feb when Microphone got released...till 20th when the first vivi photos srfaced...it really feels like an eon has passed...gosh, thats insane.

i always thought Mondays, Weds and Fridays are Avex days hahah...so hopefully something is being said..

by all accounts, I'm sure they wanted Kuu's album to sell a lot more then it did, with the best attached. And they had BoA's epic flop too.

^ I guess then maybe they needed an Ayu release to pump the $$$ up for 2009 lol... March 31st seems the most likely release date then, but then the tracklist/title/SOMETHING has to be released this Thursday/Friday, otherwise we would get this wave of information coming at us lol

If you want her to release then, you should prepare for a possible #2. aiko's new album is coming out on that date.

^ March 31st? Well it seems like every week has a possible "threat"...

March 24th - Tohoshinki's first remix album
March 31st - aiko's new album (whoever she is)
April 7th - AKB 48's BEST album

... avex is either gonna want the $$$ for the fiscal year, in which they would push the album for a March 31st release, or they would want to hold onto her #1-thing, which would result in a release date after April 7th.

Though after GUILTY, the #1 album streak has been lost, so for the money, I guess avex would risk Ayu fighting it out with aiko.

They'll probably severely limit the copies of that remix album, or they won't expect people to buy it since they'll be buying the single instead? I don't know. They could have Ayu release on the 17th.... but that'd be INSANE.

well when you're all popular, even remix albums would have decent sales... Ayu-MiX-I-IV anyone?

But honestly I think March 24th would be the least threatening date actually... it's a remix album after all and they have a single on their way too, so...

It doesn't matter what it is. I think they could put out blank CD-Rs with CD jackets and people would still be buying them in large quantities... it might not be high, but it might not be so low either considering their insane fanbase in Japan...

Still it's a rmx album, it will hardly outsell the first week of The Secret Code - actually there are very little chances it will come close to those numbers. And yeah I pretty much agree that 24th is the most possible and the least threatening day, besides there is really nothing for her to lose that she already didn't.

I am tired of knowing that the album is slowly getting done and we know almost nothing about the album itself

Ah yes... remix albums don't seem to be too hot these days... then perhaps we would see March 24th as a release date then?

AND YES OMG IKR. It's like Ayu happily blogs every few days, "oh I just filmed another PV haha", "oh PV filming is done!", "oh lol I had a song called Sexy little things!!!"...

and we know close to 0 about the album.
