『MOON』 New medium ballad title revealed!

I usually love both final mixes and CM versions since the CM versions sound like an altenative versions for me and both sound good. =D

I can't find the CM with Beautiful Fighters in it. I found the Step you one on YT and it's really different.

Wow, that Moments CM... Sorry but her voice there makes me cringe, and Ayu has never ever made me cringe! The way she sang "hana" was ; I dunno.. if I was around at that time I would not have believed that was her.

i still don't hear that much of a difference in the songs. i think people are exaggerating. besides her voice sounding a bit different, i can't pick out that much of a change. besides, there's way too much talking going on in a lot of these commercials to really be able to compare them.

I know quite a few of the people on the forum at the time who liked the CM version of Beautiful Fighters and didn't like the end result. I don't think people are exaggerating but that's just my opinion. And like truehappiness said, when the CM version on Moments came out a lot of members didn't believe it was her.

In this one, neither do I, it's just at a slower tempo it seems.

She should release a CM version collection. That'd sell like, 7 copies.

Foyuki was singing the part of MOON that his friend let him hear when he called him from the concert a few days ago.

I think you just can't hear it because you don't want to hear it, haha. Beautiful Fighters has quite a bit more of a heavy sound compared to the woman-cheer-song version. I thought from the title that it'd be a harder edged song [FIGHTERS] but it ended up being more Beautiful than Fighting-ready, haha.

I think I'm deaf lol. but really comparing commercial from final, I don't think it's that drastic.

If her voice sounded like how it did in that CM in the final version of Moments I totally wouldn't love that song how I love it now. That's my 2nd least favorite CM version of a song (STEP you is the worst for me)

Listening to the Moments CM, that was probably the version I heard first. Totally explains why for a short while why I skipped over it. Cause I remember letting it play through and started thinking "why haven't listened to this song before? It's so beautiful!" Now I know

So now we have a live rip of the song, what did people think of it?

I really, really like it. Little surprise guitar solo in there as well, wasn't expecting it. Its been really well arranged.

That chorus is epic. The synths that soar with Ayu's vocals.. wow. Perfect.

The only downfall (if this is really one anyway) is that it is a familar sound from Ayu. Not as er.. unique from her other mid-tempo songs as I expected it to be. It does sound more modern though, this formula has been given a glossy makeover. You can tell she's got some new composers/arrangers in there.

But I'm only going to listen to it once or twice, not going to ruin hearing the song in good quality!

Yes, that song isn't something new from Ayu, but it sounds really nice! I wouldn't say that it sounds like her old works, I think it's similar with her recent songs (it would perfectly suit on R'n'C album). I'm amazed about her voice, she sang it really good!

MOON sounds really nice^^
It really reminds me of classic ayu songs, but it's a bit predictable. Like I knew what kind of part after the guitar solo would come nevertheless I like the song a lot, it's really nice^^
