I agree. Plus releasing in a less quite week could also mean the songs would receive less attention.

As for crossroad, I love what I hear so far and can't wait to hear the whole song~

I LOVE the title! Reli, it sounds so good!
And the preview...well, it's just 40 seconds long, but I like it.
Let's wait and see.

Wahhh! I can't believe, that we already know the title for the next single.

I'll be in a state of constant excitement for the next few months, because Ayu is going to release so many new stuff!!

So tetsuya komuro is the composer? LOL

I remember I wrote 49th single - tetsuya komuro

but 50th I wrote CREA and it will probably be kikuchi (while CMJK arranged).

Well the only other song he composed for ayu is A Song is born, crossroad sounds interesting anyway.

Well, all of the people who are releasing in August are super heavyweights who will do at least 140-150k first week. Does that mean that people who get #1s that release in relatively quieter months have a #1 that means less? I dunno about that.

If it's shifted around in order to get a sure fire #1, yes. It's a literal set up to win, or better put, to attain it.

Its not like Ayumi is selling only 10,000 copies and still getting number one
Koda Kumi's Physical/ Alive single sold 30,000 copies and still made number one
Beni's album sold somehwere close to that and still got #1 not all #1's mean they sold 400,000 copies. Its not only Ayumi, its called smart advertising, and Ayumi still sells 100,000 copies of her singles. Yui's to Mother only sold 70,000 and still made it to #1 so If ayumi gets #1 selling 100,000 + copies then i really dont think her accomplishment of getting number 1 should be belittled no matter the week she releases it on :S

I really like the preview of crossroad more than the preview of MOON. Cant wait for this single.

Aww, I wanted a rock song, from that title XD But okay, I'm not feeling the preview yet. Pretty sure some instruments were filtered out right, because it sounds so... empty to me.

Yeah, agreed. I liked it at first listen but it does get better the more you play it. It seems to be a grower that said, unless it's a Double-A (which more than likely it is) it'll make promo a bit more crucial for this single because the public (and some Ayu fans) may need more time to get a "feel" for this track. I'm quite eager to hear the full of this even more so than when I first heard the chaku uta of MOON.

I didn't listen to the preview, and I'm getting more and more curious with all your comments, it is either boring or excellent XD
But I'm kinda hoping the other song (since it's almost sure there will be at least two songs, isn't it ?) will be a real upbeat song, I need another Sparkle or t2m !
