But 60s70s80s wasn't supposed to have instrumentals, I think we were all shocked by that, or at least I was cause we found out at the last minute that there would be instrumentals. I'm really praying this will happen with BI/GMB Cause I love instrumentals.

I get where your coming from, but anytime a song has been altered from its original version is pretty much a remix imo. Except for edits of course, where the song is shortened. Personally I love remixes. It takes an already great or not so great song, and spins it in a different light. There are songs that if not for an alternate/remixed version I would not like. Ayu's 'Rule' original version I cannot stand to hear, but the remixes I love. Certain songs just sound better with a different composition to some people.

I usually delete most instrumentals as I really don't listen to them. It has to be a really good instrumental for me to keep it. So I'm indifferent to whether or not instr. are included. At least we're getting a 'making of' which I've been dying for from Namie. I mean, how could you NOT include a 'making of' of WILD?

She's had making ofs before like the PLAY PV's, 60s70s80s, Say the word and a few other ones. They just never included them on her DVD's. I'm glad they will now so I can enjoy it in HQness

To be honest, I listen to way more of Ayu's remixes than I do her originals, especially for her more recent songs. Ayu's latest arrangements have been average/repetitive 'rock' songs that I rarely if ever listen to. I like dance/house/trance music so I prefer her remixes more anyway. She's been fortunate to have some great remixes that have saved songs for me.

As far as Namie, I like Violet Sauce (Anotha Recipe) over the original. Also her 'SO CRAZY' remixed performance from the BF tour blew the original away. I can't really say much for Namie's other remixes. I'm sure if they find reputable DJ's Namie could have awesome remixes. Most of her music is relatable to the dance scene as of recent. It'd be kind of hard to ruin her songs by remixing them. I've already heard some good Namie fan-mixes. Really, I just want more Namie music remixed or not.

i like remixes. namie has so little of them. and i think some of her songs are just so remixable like what a feeling, and wild.

and if you don't like them, then just don't listen to them. for some of us though that enjoy remixes, it would be a very nice bonus. if she decides not to release instrumentals for songs, then we better get remixes or b-sides.

aw, they showed the world music awards for the second time around and i watched it through until namie came on again, just for her

they showed her at the end when they gave her the award this time, so that was a plus, and she was so cute

As much as I dislike remixes, Namie ones are REALLY good imo. The CSCEIS one was freaking epic and the Spicy version (which was just a sligh re-arrangement but still) of Violet Sauce.

^^I just hope it sells well. It's one of the few singles that are worth purchasing this summer. Namie's Break It/GMB and Narsha's EP are two singles I'm definitely spending my hard earned cash on.

It has something for everyone. If you like her slow songs-- I usually don't-- there's GMB, which is very soothing and somehow nostalgic. Break it is another one of her fast songs, but it still manages to catch my attention with its upbeat tune. I just wish they'd been a little more creative with the PV, because I love the song. Her CM was awesome so I thought the PV'd be as well... At least she looks cute in it.
