Not only am I super happy to (finally) see yuya back doing music (and looking as hot as everrr ) but I looove how the video was shot right in Times Square (just like how yuya's been to NY for "I AM ME"....it's really been 5 years, already? really?! ) and I'd say the song's pretty good, too. Plus, I love the dancing! But honestly, what I would love the most...is yuya back to his solo music. His hotness is just too much of a shame to not be the main focus...no offense to the other 3 guys.

X4 was actually formed last year & they released their debut album XVISION last Feb digitally but Killing Me will be their debut single to be released in a physical CD mode

X4 did a tour this year from March to May . I don't know what're the reason/s that Matsushita chose to form a band (with it being his 2nd one) but it's interesting to know that in X4 , 2 members are Japanese while the other 2 are Koreans

And in X4 , Matsushita goes by the name YUYA

I don't plan to listen to X4's music but it has been way too long for Matsushita to put out something solo related :x

Interesting. I haven't really kept up with him this last year so I didn't know about the group. Killing me isn't all that bad, I see it growing on me a lot. X4 does sound like a Korean band name and if there are two members that are Korean, I wonder if they plan to enter that market as well in the future? Its a possibility?

Yeah I think some people assumed that X4 just came out of nowhere lol but nope they were already formed last year after Matsushita finished his previous solo tour in promoting his 3rd album #musicoverdose

That makes sense, maybe as they promote the single he'll talk more about why he formed the group and such. I saw XVISION online and might give it a try or at least listen to it, lol.

No offence Matsushita but seriously ? I don't know if it's because I'm a Hana Yori Dango drama & movie stan but to me , Matsumoto Jun is the only 1 worthy of playing Domoyoji

Meet the cast of "Hana Yori Dango" musical

Popular manga Hana Yori Dango will be having a stage musical adaptation opening on January 5 next year. The play will run at Tokyo’s Theatre Crea from January 5-24, at Fukuoka’s Sun Place Hotel and Hall on January 28, at Nagoya’s Aichi Prefectural Art Theatre from February 6-7, and at Osaka’s Sankei Hall bReeze from February 11-14.

The main cast was first announced last August. Kato Ririka, was chosen from among 3,000 participants in a country-wide open audition to play the lead character Makino Tsukushi. Matsushita Yuya (X4) will be playing the F4 leader Domyoji Tsukasa. Completing the rest of F4 are Shirasu Jin as Hanazawa Rui, Mackenyu as Nishikado Sojiro, and Kamiyama Ryuuji as Mimasaka Akira. A press conference for the play was held last October 22.

Other cast include Kimura Ryo as Oribe Junpei, Furuhata Nao (SKE48 member) as Todo Shizuka, and Tamaki Nami as Asai Yuriko .

X4 Adds 2 New Members And Releases "Party Up!!" PV



On March 30, X4 will release their second physical single, “Party Up!!” This release marks the debut of X4 as a 5 member group. X4 has gained 2 new members, SHOTA and JUKIYA.

The third incarnation of X4 has now released the music video for “Party Up!!” It’s an EDM tune with a video that finds the group singing and dancing in a warehouse / club. Check out the video after the jump, along with more information on the single and the new members!

X4 To Release Debut Album "Funk,Dunk,Punk"



On May 25, X4 will release their debut album “Funk,Dunk,Punk.” The album will come in 3 editions: CD+DVD Limited Edition A, CD+DVD Limited Edition B, and CD only Regular Edition.

X4 recently released the music video for a new song on the album, “Rainbow Road.” The clip for the EDM song was shot in Yokohama as the city comes into spring.

Man, I haven't listened to Yuya since I AM ME. After that release, I found his music to be boring. It wasn't my cup of tea. Happy to see he's still active though. Good for him. "first snow" and "LAST SNOW" are still my jams though. I miss the I AM ME era

Ahaha yeah #musicoverdose (the song) was a shock when I 1st heard it , especially when he said/sing 'put your f-king hands up'

But the album is good , quite a departure from his 1st 2 albums , not that I AM ME & 2U weren't good
