It really does depend on how you talk If you're going back to the basic rules, then it all depends on context. In the context of a song title itself, it really doesn't matter. The amount of titles in Asia that are just pure Engrish... I don't really care.

And I agree that Gaga doesn't need to "take an English class". I'm sure she's not the only one that's not looked too much into grammar rules when naming something.

"You & I contracted herpes" vs. "You & Me contracted herpes"

In Lady GaGa's song, it is

"There's something about You & I" vs. "There's something about You & Me"
-- "There's something about I" vs. "There's something about Me."
So clearly, the correct form is, "There's something about Me."

Put the "You &" back in, and you simple get "There's something about You & Me."

That being said, Lady GaGa is wrong and needs to take an English class.

If "You" and "I" are conjoined in the subject position and then they are assigned a nominative case by the tense of the sentence and thus it has to be "You & I" not "You & Me." In a sentence like "there's something about you and I" the assignments are different. But in general, "you and I" is deemed correct and not "you and me" but like I said it depends.

Here in Australia they play it all the time now LOL And also they play the uncensored version of S&M by Rihanna for example too... I don't think people in here are too conservative

Promotion for it has also been terrible. It's like she only cared about making the video and sees the song more as hype for the new album rather than a "real" single.
