^The interlude thing wasn't really to you, it's a general complain that IMO don't really make sense xD like "fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! 4 of the new songs are interludes! if she had less interludes we would have more full tracks" lolwat? xD

IMO, and I know I may be wrong here, Love Songs PVs and remixes were released on the way they were as a (poor) atempt to make the 50 singles project look as a whole... So, you have parts of one single on the next ones, and parts of the final single on the full album, so, u unite them...

Sparkle, imo, was released on the album cuz it was too dark for single material... Her darker and edgier stuff is always saved for b-sides and album tracks...

And I may be wrong about Together When..., but I do remember myself watching it before the other videos...

The atmosphere at her concerts when she does evolution and Boys & Girls is absolutely indescribable.

I remember being pissed off that Sparkle didn't get a PV on the single despite being an A side and everyone was like " you want too much be grateful blah blah blah". Its nice to see that other fans aswell felt like hey were robbed of a new album Pv, but where you guys then?! lol.

Why do people dislike Mannie so much? Is it because Ayu married him quickly? I don't understand...

Me for example, I don't really dislike him. But I think that get married and keep living in two different parts of the world without ever meeting sounds a bit weird. Ok, maybe they call each other everyday, maybe they're really in love, I can't comment on this.. but still it's not what people call marriage. You can't say it isn't weird...
But, as I already said, I still love her and if she's happy with that I respect her decision. Don't like this "marriage" though

Well, why does he have to prove anything to us though? Isn't the fact that Ayu chose to marry him evidence enough that he's a nice guy? I don't think she'd marry an *******. I just hate how some people are like, "Oh well, I don't know why she likes him so I don't like him." Like he has to get our approval. We are not Ayu's mother nor her friends and relatives. We are the people who like her music. I understand where the concern comes from, I was concerned too. But I'm not going to take it out on Mannie just because Ayu decided to marry him, that's not fair.

Marriage doesn't mean they have to see each other every day, they just have to be faithful and loyal. What if she married a soldier and he happens to be stationed in another country and she can't follow, does that make it any less of a marriage? Her marriage may not be conventional but it's hers and there are no guidelines or a rule book for how to carry out your marriage (other than the funny ones Ayu posted way back when lol). But, yes, traditionally a married couple tend to spend their lives together.

OMG I agree so much. The Mannie hate is so annoying.

^yeah, people are stupid? There's nothing else really to it imo. He hasn't done anything to warrant any dislike.

I can see how people would be kinda wtf about a hasty marriage...but it's not really for us to judge.

I actually think it's much easier for them to be married and in love when they're not together.

I actually would be more annoyed if we got a "OMG MANNIE ILU!!!!!" tweet/blog entry/etc. everyday. I'm pretty happy she keeps most of it private, it's not really any of our business. I like them both and would like to see a picture of them together from time to time but it's their life, as long as they are happy I can't complain

Colours as whole as well... I wasn't fond of FTL/MGR but I got hopes for the album after Pray and Armin being there. Turned out that was all I liked about it lol

So this thread is older than that, but the only thing that comes to my mind when I see disapointment and Ayu together is that huge meltdown when LOVE and again were released as LOVE again.

^ I already decided to have no expectations for the 20th anni because of that hahaha that was so poorly marketed that if that was the original plan, they set themselves up for failure

Musically LOVE again, her most weak and uninspired album.

Other than that...

That photo was all kinds of Human Barbie + Venus Angelic nightmare fuel.

I guess that I miss singles, but moreso concepts and effort.
I don't get that from Ayu's releases. Covers have been basic photoshoots for years, and it just feels like she's gotten complacent in so many aspects of her career that she doesn't try to be creative anymore.

On a minor note, I miss her winged/cat eye eyeliner. It suited her very well!
