someone sent it to me telling that's a capture of the Blu-ray Version of kanariya,maybe it's its own information bar from his/her player,showing the details of the PV.
that picture was taken by someone on one's weibo,which is similar to twitter in PRC.

It's just a date and time stamp on the tv. My tv over here does it to, whenever I turn it on, the time comes up in the bottom right hand corner. Nothing to do with the discs.
