According to statistics concerning FIVE that did well as an original album the fall from it, as you suggested dropped in 33% from FIVE. FIVE did better than it should as for a mini album most didn't think it would sell how it is (many would be sure it wouldn't sell as well as kuu's Deja vu especially because it's a mini album). So because FIVE did better than it should have or at least, well for a mini album, the drop is pretty normal.

I agree with your last sentence except for the 3 words "below legitimate expectatios". There is a difference between what people wanted it to sell and reality.

Does someone know if Party Queen was released outside Japan? cuz if it does then i need to update its page on generasia... i was checking out and since (miss)understood all of her albums have been released at least in one country outside japan.

i believe its about the time the HK/Taiwan press gets out.
I think it took a month for it to get to Singapore though..i believe there is a thread about it here
