Not sure about what the tie-up thing is, but 12 tracks, a 15 min DVD and a huge CM are confirmed according to sites like amazon japan and cdjapan.

It could be, but usually SoftBank has those dog CMs with generic music, don't they?

They brought up Ayu because of her talking to the SoftBank CEO or something on Twitter and that led to her being in a SoftBank CM and because of that, the CEO wanted to work with Max?

can't wait for more info about CD content. Should I buy CD+DVD or CD will also have something special...

12 tracks it's probably 3 songs + 3 remixes + 3 instrumentals + 3 remixes of old songs?
or 4 new songs + etc without old songs ^^

Oh, I hope there's remixes of her old hits included too. I want a remake of poker face. I was praying for it back in 2008 but it never happened. :< But I haven't lost my hope on this either. x3

We have the Ayu trance 2011 remix of it, and let me say that it makes the song not only 100% listenable, but jammable XD

Or do you mean a 'A BEST/A BALLADS' re-working with new vocals and arrangement?

Oh.. if the CM is for Wacoal, then it will be something like Real me or My name's WOMEN, etc song for female.

But,, is it possible? I doubt it.

I would be fine with all the original music being added into a box set or something later down the line, but they better give me ALL NEW remixes with my ayu trance 5... lol
