I loved the classical takes on the songs. I wasn't expecting much from this album, but I genuinely loved it.

A Classical is #1 on JBook at the moment which seems to track general sales of CDs across stores in Japan or sometheing like that. Usually it's a pretty good indicator of how things are selling. Just for reference, I don't think LOVE, again, A SUMMER BEST, or Party Queen got to #1 on JBook during their runs on the charts.

Yeah it gets updated every few minutes. I recall Party Queen CD+DVD managed to get into top 3, perhaps even #2, while the CD only barely entered top 10.

OMG. Though AK-69's album should be somewhere... maybe it won't appear until later?

This week is really a bit of a deserted wasteland for new releases. Everything that is selling other than A Classical is doing so because of Kouhaku or other factors.

Who would have guessed?
I was convinced that it'll drift around 10th or 9th place on the charts
It seems that there are no new releases so maybe that's why A CLASSICAL is No.1
